Can my existing porch or patio be enclosed?

We first assess its structure, roof, foundation and intended use. An existing deck or slab is not automatically suitable for a new enclosure. Any required preparation belongs in your written scope.

Would retractable screens suit your plans?

Retractable screens give you another way to manage the opening between the room and the outdoors. We discuss the opening size, operating style and compatible system.The selected screen product, operation, mesh and separate warranty terms are confirmed in your quote.

What should you budget for a custom sunroom?

From about $50,000 (10×10); most custom rooms $75,000–$80,000+. Every room is custom-quoted.

Are retractable screens included automatically?

No. They are an available option to discuss for eligible porch and patio projects. Your quote confirms the system, openings, controls, installation and warranty.

Will an enclosure make my existing deck a four-season room?

Not automatically. Year-round use can require different foundations, envelope details, heating/cooling and approvals. We assess your existing space before confirming what is possible.

Do you handle the municipal building permit?

Yes. We handle the municipal building permit as part of our design-and-installation process. Requirements and approval timing depend on your property and municipality.
