How it is made

Four steps from your back wall to a photoreal room.

Nothing here is a stock picture of someone else’s sunroom. The model is built from measurements of your house, so what you approve is what gets manufactured.

01Measure and document We photograph and dimension every facade, the grade, the roof pitch and the exact spot the room meets the house.
02Build the model Your house and the new room are modelled together in 3D, down to post positions and window layout.
03Light and finish it Real colours, glass, roof and finishes go on, lit for the orientation your garden actually faces.
04Engineer the set The approved design becomes a sealed drawing set your municipality can permit from.
