Custom Patio Covers
Give your patio a more useful role in everyday life. We plan a cover around your seating, dining area and the way you move between the house and garden.
Why Serene
Custom sunrooms, solariums and conservatories built with the finest sunroom window, door and roof systems on the market, delivered with white-glove service by our own GTA team.
A roofed outdoor area can offer shelter and shade while keeping the sides open. It is a different project from an enclosed, conditioned sunroom. We help you decide which level of enclosure suits the way you want to use the space.
We review the attachment to your house, supporting structure, existing surface, drainage and clearance. Roof materials, finishes and product-specific performance remain subject to the selected system and written quote.
Roof options
Studio (single-slope) and A-frame roof shapes are available. We confirm the roof material, finish and engineering for your home in your written quote.
From about $50,000 (10×10); most custom rooms $75,000–$80,000+. Every room is custom-quoted.
In more depth
Discuss that intention at the beginning. Future enclosure may require a different foundation or structural design. We do not promise that any cover can later become a four-season room without further work.
FROM YOUR FIRST IDEA TO THE FINAL WALKTHROUGH
Consultation, site measure, custom 3D rendering, design and quote, municipal building permit, precision manufacturing, installation and local warranty support. We explain the scope and schedule for your home.
No. A cover is a roofed outdoor space; a sunroom is an enclosed room with a defined seasonal or year-round scope.
Possibly. We assess the existing condition and whether it can support the proposed work. Any changes are identified in your project scope.
Yes. We handle the municipal building permit as part of our design-and-installation process. Requirements and approval timing depend on your property and municipality.
